Our vendor committee meets once every two months to go through applications.
We currently have a waiting list in certain categories for our market. Farmers and Food trucks are considered on a case by case basis as soon as applications are received. Please complete the proper application packet below.

HEALTH PERMIT (Harris County)
This is required if you are selling meat, eggs, dairy products, ready-to-eat foods or any
NON-SHELF STABLE items.
