Amanda Kelly brings over 30 years of customer service with 10 years of web and social media development experience to TFM. Her previous experience was centered around big corporate restaurants chains like Brinker, Darden, Carlson and Landry's where she excelled in corporate restaurant training, restaurant restructuring, public relations & marketing. Amanda Kelly has been with Tomball Farmers Market off and on as a volunteer since 2014 as well as worked for several vendors in various positions. Amanda was promoted to Market Manager in April 2021. She oversees the day to day logistics of the Tomball Farmers Market and works closely with the TFM Board to ensure the TFM Bylaws and guidelines are met keeping in line with Tomball Farmers Market's vision. Amanda works jointly with the TFM Vendor Committee to review and vet all potential incoming vendors ensuring they meet the guidelines to vend at TFM. Amanda works in conjunction with Harris County Public Health, Texas State Chemist and Texas Department of Agriculture and the City of Tomball to ensure that TFM and TFM vendors permits, licenses and insurance is up to date and that our vendors have everything they need to grow their business successfully at Tomball Farmers Market. Amanda is an active member of the Tomball Rotary, the Greater Area Chamber of Commerce, GTACC Women's Group and regularly attends Tomball City Council and City events. Amanda can be found on site every Saturday at the Tomball Farmers Market and works off site Tuesday through Friday. Chris King
Interim President and current Treasurer |
Chris King is a business advisor at the University of Houston Small Business Development Center in Midtown, Houston. She has over 30 years’ experience in entrepreneurship, small business development, consulting, strategic planning, contract negotiations, and non-profit development. She received her MBA from the University of Phoenix majoring in Accounting. Chris proposed and was awarded four airport concession contracts in the state of Texas. The results, of the above-mentioned awards, were owning and operating three restaurants and one national franchise from build out to start-up and opening. Prior to operating and owning airport food and bar concessions, Chris was the president of a prime concessionaire (1996 - 2006) that held the contract with the Houston Airport System. She oversaw 32 food and beverage concessions in four airport terminals. Chris is also certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. She enjoys working with small business owners from startup to strategically growing their business to its fullest potential. Evenings and weekends, you will find Chris wearing the entrepreneur hat. She is known in the cosmetic and toiletries industry as Chris King, the owner of Pampered Sisters Artisan Bath Products. She has been open for business 10+ years and hasn’t looked back. Pampered Sisters is a home-based online business located in Tomball, Texas. Recently, she published Disconnect to Reconnect: Relaxing and Recharging. Chris King loves to give back to the community by serving on several boards either as an officer or committee member. |
Idalia Avenzuela

Idalia Avenzuela has been on the TFM Board for the past 4 years. Currently Idalia is the Lead Librarian with Brenham City Library. She has also worked as a librarian at Lone Star College Tomball as well as Rosenberg Library. She has a MS-LS in Library Science and a BA in Music Education. After graduating she did three years of graduate work in musicology and Ethnomusicology. Idalia has several years of grant writing experience with various organizations. With an additional background in farming she has volunteered with Three Sisters Farms year-round as a farmer since 2018. Additionally she has worked the Three Sisters Farm booth at TFM every Saturday for over 5 years. During the time Idalia lived in Galveston she was a regular customer at the Galveston Own Farmers Market and yearly supported their fundraising initiatives. |
Raymond Francios

Raymond Francois currently serves on the Tomball Farmers Market Board, Greater Area Tomball Chamber of Commerce Executive Board of Directors and the City of Tomball TAC board. In 2022 Raymond was named as the Greater Tomball Area Chamber of Commerce's Ambassador of the Year for his involvement to our community. Raymond has served for several years as General Manager of Hampton Inn & Suites in Tomball. Raymond’s contagious positive energy has become a fixture within the Tomball Community. His deep management experience, people skills and leadership shine in his multiple community roles. Raymond serves on the board as the Community Relation Chairperson. Growing up in a military family, Raymond was born and raised in Haiti, his father retired Air Force and brother US Marine, and mother a former diplomat. After managing a Hampton Inn & Suites in Gainesville, Florida, he eventually made his way to where his heart desired, TEXAS. Tomball, Texas has become a true home to Raymond, his husband Alex and son Tristan, from work and community, his “Tomball Family” has expanded year by year. |
Caley Baillio

Caley Baillio and I am the local State Farm Agent right on Main Steet here in Tomball, TX. She has been an agent for 10 years and I absolutely love our wonderful community. Caley has served as President of the Tomball Rotary Club where she was responsible for leading our largest fundraiser to date (raised $55,000 in 2019) and oversee donations & scholarships for the Tomball community. She also served as a Two-Time Vice President in my Business Networking International group where we are a $2million Chapter. Previously Caley served as the Financial Service Representative for Kyle Sherburne, State Farm Agent in Spring. She served as the Administrative Assistant for the Law Office of Georgia Fenton-Attorney at Law in Sugarland where she handled accounts receivable/payable, provided customer service to clients and was responsible for marketing. She is very active in the community both with her State Farm office, with her children's school and personally within our community. Caley has been married to her husband Casey for 15 years and has two wonderful little girls. While Caley is our newest Tomball Farmer’s Market Board member she is really look forward to serving her community in this new capacity. |
