We have certainly grown in the last 16 years! We are honored to be able to offer our community access to local farm fresh produce, meats, honey, cheese and value added local vendors.
We are proudly certified by the USDA, Texas Department of Agriculture, GO Texan and Texas Department of Health and Safety as an all local farmers market.
In 2008 we had 5 vendors once a month seasonally. By 2012 we had grown to 25 vendors but couldn’t expand more to bring the community more food options until we met health department requirements.
In 2014 we moved to our current location allowing us to grow to 14 farmers and a total of 45 vendors. Moving locations allowed us to add meat/egg farmers and local vendors with frozen and hot prepared foods.
By 2019 we expanded again and adding a total of 27 local farmers and growing our farmers market to 38,500 square feet of Saturday market space with up to 79 vendors EVERY Saturday year round.
We have helped over 23 local businesses (mostly prepared foods and bakers) outgrow us, helping them establish store front locations or wholesale accounts. We advocate regularly for our farmers and small businesses with Farm and Ranch Freedom Alliance.
Thank you to the City of Tomball, Tomball Economic Development Corporation, Greater Tomball Area Chamber of Commerce, our wonderfully dedicated community, fantastic local businesses, farmers, vendors and staff that have played a major role in the success of our market.
Special thanks to our Tomball Police Department officers who help keep our farmers market safe and the lot secure every weekend and carry those heavy barricades in and out of storage every week.
The long hours it takes to put on a farmers market our size is 1000% worth it and is truly a labor of love and privilege to bring the community together and be able to offer fresh local products weekly. Thank you.

Summer has been especially tough this year on our farmers, and our they need your support more than ever. Many of our Farmers have had to till under their crops due to excessive heat and too much rain at the wrong times. Come early August 24th, to grab your local fresh produce, please purchase some of their canned and dried goods and support our other artisan vendors who work hard each week to bring you fresh local healthy goodies. Our market is also a great way to connect with our community. We truly have the best community in Houston.
Every purchase you make supports our farmers and local artisans helping them continue their essential work. Let’s show them we care!
