The TFM Organization is now accepting applications for individuals interested in serving on its Board of Directors.

If you're passionate about supporting and advocating for local agriculture, growing small businesses, and strengthening the community we serve, we invite you to consider becoming part of our leadership team.

As one of Texas' largest certified all-local producer-only farmers markets, the TFM Organization and Tomball Farmers Market have earned local, regional, and national recognition for supporting local farmers and ranchers, growing small businesses, and fostering meaningful community partnerships.

Serving on the Board is an opportunity to help guide the organization's long-term vision, governance, and sustainability while helping ensure our mission continues to thrive for generations to come.

Board members serve as ambassadors for a highly visible nonprofit organization and play an important role in supporting local agriculture, building community partnerships, and helping the TFM Organization continue its positive impact throughout the communities we serve.
We welcome applicants from a variety of professional backgrounds who bring leadership experience, diverse perspectives, and a heart for community service. No prior farmers' market experience is required.

Updated Board Candidate Process We've recently updated our Board Service Overview and Board Candidate Assessment & Application to better reflect the continued growth of the TFM Organization and our commitment to thoughtful nonprofit governance.

All prospective Board candidates are asked to complete the new Board Candidate Assessment & Application. This ensures every candidate is evaluated through the same process and provides the Board with consistent information during the review process.

Applications received will be reviewed during the September and/or November Board of Directors meetings.

If you're ready to help shape the future of local agriculture, small businesses, and the community we serve, we'd love to hear from you.
