Being a certified ALL Local Farmers Market all our vendors even our artisans MUST locally handcraft the items they intend to sell, sample or give away at TFM.
Please make sure you put everything you intend to sell on your application. All items must be approved by the Vendor Committee. Only approved items may be sold at our market. Our market is a TRUE Farmers Market and set up to grow small businesses and therefore we have category limits to encourage this growth.
At this time we only have potential spaces for Fill-In Vendors. If accepted all Vendors are required to commit to at LEAST 2 Saturday markets each month for at least a year.
All Handcrafted and Non-Food vendors must upload theirTax ID number to your application. You can obtain one HERE.
How we help you grow:
We send a Fill-In survey each month for the following month.
The survey is only open for 3 days.
Fill-in Vendors choose the weekends they are available.
Fill-in Vendors can choose every weekend however, we may only have space for your business for 2 per month.
We rotate other vendors in your category equally to help everyone grow. (Instead of long wait lists.)
Invoice are emailed with YOUR dates of attendance no later than 10 days before the first Saturday of each new month. (Usually no later than the 23rd of each month.)
Invoices are due no later than 9 AM on the first Saturday of the new month.
We do this so you can work other markets around ours to continue to grow your business.
