The Tomball Farmers Market WILL be closed next weekend June 5, 2021 for the Tomball German Festival June 4, 5 & 6 so don't forget to grab your meats, produce and baked goods for your Memorial Day Celebrations and for the next 2 weeks. Thank you to those who came last weekend to enjoy the beautiful weather and to those who took pictures while out at our market. We love seeing your bounty from our local farmers market! I will be using pictures you all take in a future blog post so keep them coming! Bring your umbrellas just in case. Vendors out this weekend: Verdegreens, Breakroom Bagels, SteamPunk Juice & Flora Cocina. This will be Silver Oak Farms last weekend with us as they prepare to move. We do have some exciting news! We have 2 New Vendors Joining us this weekend!! We will have a new seasonal Farmer joining us please help us welcome Spring Creek Growers to our Market. They will have freshly picked blueberries and blackberries for you.
We are excited to also announce the Filipino Eats will be visiting us this weekend. Many of you will recognize Jane who worked for another vendor for us a year ago. She decided to start her own business making Filipino dishes and freezing them for convenient weekly meals. My favorites so far is her Pork Adobo and Chicken Lumpias!! Please help us welcome her back.

I hope everyone enjoyed Mother's Day and that all our moms felt special and celebrated! This Saturday we have a wonderful line up of vendors for you and a visiting non-profit vendor. Arrow Child & Family Ministries will be joining us this weekend. They work within our community to connect families with Foster Children and Assist with Adoptions. This is something very dear to my heart. Please visit them Saturday and learn how you can help. Last weekend was the last weekend for Tomball Together's Secret Shopper event. And we had 2 Winners at our Market! Nelson with Avila's Flavor Experiences identified a secret shopper and won $100 dollars and a sweet college student, Jessica Zhang won $100 dollars from our personal secret shopper from Old Town Roasters. Congratulations to you both!! The following Vendors are not attending Sat May 15th. Buckets of Blooms Breakroom Bagels Theiss Family Farms Verdegreens (still having produce growth issues) SteamPunk Juice May 15 is National Peace Officers Memorial Day It's a national day of special recognition to those law enforcement officers who have lost their lives in the line of duty for the safety and protection of others. Please help us thank our local law enforcement for all they do to serve and protect our communities and their families for the support they provide our heroes in blue. We are extremely fortunate to have 3 incredible officers within Tomball PD and Montgomery PD who help keep our market safe every week. Thank you to our Market Officers, Officer Chambers, Officer Brock and Officer Hamilton for all you do for us!!  May 8th, Mother's Day Market at Tomball Farmer Market I hope everyone had a great week. Please come visit us this weekend for our Mother's Day Market! Several of our vendors are running specials, there will be a floral backdrop for pictures at Buckets of Blooms booth and Farm House Signs will have a cute cash only booth for your kiddos to buy a Special Mother's Day gift for you! Verdegreens and Chocolates Dalila will be out this weekend. This is also the Last weekend for The Greater Tomball Chamber of Commerce's, Tomball Together Event. Can you find the secret shopper wearing something floral and win the prize? The kids absolutely loved the Secret Shopper Event last time with their parents. And who doesn't like winning cash! Come shop with us and don't forget to bring your umbrellas as it looks like rain before 10 AM. We have a couple of vendors out this weekend as well due to the weather. Verdegreens, Genesis BioHealth, Roots in Harmony, Body Buzz Body Care, Miya's Munchies & The Sauce Factory will be out tomorrow. We are sorry to report that Tomball's Rails and Tails Festival has been cancelled due to inclement weather. We will have Texas A&M AgriLife Extension coming out this weekend and they will be having 2 classes about preparing and testing your soil from 9:30 to 10:30 and Planting Tips to bring out the best in your garden from 11 - 12. I have included the map for May 1st so you can find your vendor favorites and our new vendors easily. We hope your Saturday out at TFM is a wonderful experience!❤️ We are open from 9am-1pm at 205 W.
